EventBroker.ro Terms and Conditions

EventBroker.ro is an online platform operated by VALID INTERMEDIA SRL that connects event organizers, clients and service providers.

By accessing the website, submitting a request, creating an account or registering as a supplier, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

EventBroker.ro provides discovery, briefing, communication and quote-coordination services. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, EventBroker.ro is not a party to the service contract between a client and a supplier.

Suppliers remain responsible for their services, prices, availability, licences, staff, equipment, taxes and contractual performance.

Users and suppliers must provide accurate, complete and current information and must keep their account credentials confidential.

We may request additional information for verification, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. We may suspend or remove accounts containing false, misleading or unlawful information.

When you submit a request, EventBroker.ro may share the information necessary to obtain offers with relevant suppliers. A request does not guarantee an offer, availability, contract or price.

Suppliers must use client data only for the relevant quote and service relationship and must comply with applicable privacy and consumer laws.

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their profile, prices, images, portfolio, descriptions and contact details. They must own or have permission to use all submitted materials.

By submitting content, the supplier grants EventBroker.ro a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it in connection with the platform and its services.

Access may be free, subscription-based, commission-based or subject to a separate commercial offer. The applicable financial terms are those accepted in the relevant offer, order, contract, invoice or subscription.

Taxes, invoices and payments remain subject to applicable law and the specific commercial documents accepted by the parties.

Users may not use the platform for fraud, spam, unlawful discrimination, unauthorised data collection, impersonation, malware, harassment, misleading offers or circumvention of agreed commercial terms.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, suppliers, the platform or our legal rights.

To the extent permitted by law, EventBroker.ro is not liable for supplier availability, quality, legality, delays, cancellations or performance, except for obligations expressly assumed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.

The EventBroker.ro name, brand, website structure, software, text and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, modified or redistributed without permission.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory rights that may apply to consumers in another jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
