EventBroker.ro Supplier Rules

These Supplier Rules govern how event suppliers register, promote their services and receive requests through EventBroker.ro.

By creating an account, publishing a profile or accepting a request, the supplier confirms that it has read and accepted these rules.

Suppliers must provide accurate, complete and current company, contact, service, location, country and visibility information.

EventBroker.ro may request documents or additional information and may refuse, suspend or remove a supplier that submits false, misleading or unlawful information.

Suppliers are responsible for the legality, quality, availability, pricing, licences, staff, equipment, taxes and delivery of their services.

They must respond within a reasonable time, communicate clearly and avoid misleading claims, spam, abuse, discrimination or misuse of client data.

Profiles may include business name, logo, images, descriptions, categories, service area, contact details, portfolio and indicative prices.

The supplier confirms it owns or may use all submitted material and grants EventBroker.ro a non-exclusive right to display and promote it in connection with the platform.

A request or lead does not guarantee a contract, client or revenue. Suppliers must provide clear offers and honour accepted commitments.

Suppliers may not use platform-generated client data to bypass the platform, send unrelated marketing or contract outside the agreed commercial flow.

Reviews may be moderated for abuse, personal data, false content or irrelevance. EventBroker.ro may suspend or remove suppliers for repeated complaints, unlawful activity, data misuse or breach of these rules.

These rules are subject to applicable Romanian law and mandatory rights in the supplier's jurisdiction.
