Supplier Framework Contract

This Supplier Framework Contract governs the collaboration between VALID INTERMEDIA SRL, operator of EventBroker.ro, and a supplier that creates an account, responds to a request or submits an offer through the platform.

Each accepted offer, order, invoice or operational annex may form part of this framework contract.

The supplier confirms that it operates lawfully, holds the necessary licences and has the staff, equipment and capacity required to perform accepted orders.

The supplier is responsible for accurate prices, descriptions, availability, images, taxes, invoices, safety, quality and timely performance.

The standard EventBroker.ro commission is 10% of the supplier order value unless a commercial offer, subscription or annex provides otherwise.

The commission is an internal commercial term and should not be shown as a separate charge to the final client. VAT, invoicing and payment timing remain subject to the applicable documents and law.

The supplier must not bypass EventBroker.ro by contracting, modifying or continuing platform-generated client orders outside the agreed flow without written consent.

Clients and leads received through the platform may be protected for 12 months from first transmission. Penalties and enforcement must be reviewed by counsel before operational use.

Supplier data received through the platform may be used only for quoting, operational communication, invoicing, service delivery and complaint handling.

The supplier must apply reasonable security measures and must not sell, transfer, spam or reuse client data for unrelated marketing.

EventBroker.ro may suspend or remove a supplier for false information, unlawful activity, repeated complaints, abuse, non-payment, data misuse or breach of the platform rules.

The supplier remains responsible for the services it performs. Liability limitations, penalties and termination effects apply only to the extent permitted by law.
