Client Framework Contract
Ultima actualizare: 19 iunie 2026
Operational framework contract for EventBroker.ro clients. The accepted offer, proforma, invoice and orders or annexes complete this contract.
1. Purpose and parties
This Client Framework Contract governs the relationship between VALID INTERMEDIA SRL, operator of EventBroker.ro, and a client who requests, accepts or pays for an offer through the platform.
The accepted offer, proforma, invoice, order and operational annexes complete this framework contract.
2. Contract flow
The client submits a request. EventBroker.ro identifies relevant suppliers, coordinates quote collection and presents available options. The client selects the desired suppliers or services and may request a proforma for the first instalment.
After payment confirmation, EventBroker.ro may issue orders to the selected suppliers with the event date, location, start time and operational details.
3. Prices and payment instalments
Prices shown to the client are the final offer prices unless the offer expressly states otherwise. The standard payment structure is 30% at contracting, 30% at delivery and 40% within 15 days after delivery, unless the accepted offer provides different terms.
Proformas and invoices are issued and reconciled according to applicable fiscal rules and the commercial documents accepted by the parties.
4. Roles and responsibilities
EventBroker.ro manages quote coordination, operational communication, payment confirmation, supplier orders and complaint handling. Suppliers remain responsible for their actual services, staff, equipment, licences, safety and quality.
The client is responsible for accurate event information, timely payments, payment evidence and compliance with cancellation or change rules.
5. Electronic acceptance and disputes
The client may accept electronically by checking the relevant documents, accepting the offer, uploading payment evidence or completing an equivalent platform action.
The parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable law prevail over conflicting contractual wording.
